Meteor shower or meteor or shooting star or also called Falling Star , is one of the natural phenomena in the night sky of the most interesting people since thousands of years ago .

3 . eta Aquariids

Meteor Showers origin : Comet Halley .
Eta Aquariids began to emerge from mid- April and ends in late May. Radiant Eta Aquariids are in the constellation Aquarius or more precisely located near the brightest star in the constellation Aquarius , the Eta Aquarii .
NASA explains that this Aquariids Eta is a small fraction of Halley’s comet visible from Earth every 76 years.

Astronomers say that the Orionids have links with comet Halley . Radiant these meteors originate from the constellation Orion . Orionids are an annual meteor shower that always appear in the third week of October.
Orionids is the most intense meteor shower associated with comet Halley . This meteor shower usually start in the fourth week or the last week in October with the appearance of 50-70 meteors per hour .

Geminids meteor shower was born not because by the comet trail , but because the activity called a Palladian asteroid . Unlike meteor showers in general , Geminids meteors will move quite slowly .
Geminids peak activity between 13-14 December . Geminids were first observed about 150 years ago . Radiant of the Geminids originate from the constellation Gemini .
Speed of each meteor is expected to glide about 22 miles / second. The best place to observe or simply enjoy the Geminids activity is along the Pacific region in the Southern hemisphere , such as Australia , New Zealand , Hawaii and Chile .
